I will pro­vide you the feed­back my stu­dents from the last class have given me regard­ing your cur­ricu­lum. First of all, they found the cur­ricu­lum to be fan­tas­tic. All agreed this was the best course they have ever attended within the Navy. I just wanted to thank you for all of you sup­port, I know that we have sev­eral loca­tions run­ning this and all have dif­fer­ent sched­ules so thank you for mak­ing sure that we received all of our mate­ri­als on time.

The stu­dents seem much more inter­ested in the mate­r­ial when I used your new sys­tem. It was a lit­tle hard to keep their atten­tion when we used the CCNA™ slides from the Cisco® Acad­emy and hav­ing them read the CCNA™ Cisco® press books. I believe it is all going well now though. Over­all, I believe we made a smart choice in going with your pack­age. We got that equip­ment for a lower price and all is work­ing out great. I appre­ci­ate the assis­tance in find­ing a prod­uct that met our needs.

Just wanted to pass you a bit of feed­back on the class/instruction/test from this week. First and foremost…you were an excep­tional instruc­tor for this mate­r­ial (and I’m cer­tain you do just as well with all the courses you instruct). I want to say a big Thank You for not “teach­ing the test.” That being said, I spent a great deal of time run­ning through the prac­tice ques­tions and the course­ware and labs that were pro­vided (I did every ques­tion on that list at least three times over the course of the week), going back and look­ing up the ones I missed and read­ing the expla­na­tions pro­vided in the doc­u­ment. This was the best prepa­ra­tion for the test. Prepar­ing for the test, how­ever was not how I “learned” the most from the time invested. That came from the con­tent in the cur­ricu­lum and the inter­ac­tive method used to instruct, the exam­ples pro­vided as part of the lec­ture etc. For sta­tis­ti­cal pur­poses, I scored 793 on the test, and I have to tell you, that’s about 100 points more than I expected to get when I sat down to take the test.
